Repetition

Repetition~ is when a object is repeated, to enforce a message.

I believe that repetition is exemplified nicely in this poster because the "join starfleet" line is repeated and faded, the repetition drives home the point that you have to join starfleet, and the fading makes it not an eye-sore. while the "Awaits" portion is repeated, to enforce the point that its waiting for you, and is faded to give you a sense of mystery and that you have to finish the story.
